For babies aged 0-12 weeks, we focus on establishing healthy sleep habits rather than formal sleep training. Our Newborns package provides guidance on creating routines and a sleep-conducive environment. Formal sleep training is typically considered for babies older than 3 months.
What if I've tried sleep training before and it didn't work?
It’s common for families to have tried different approaches. Our personalized plans take into account your previous experiences and your child’s unique needs to create a strategy that is more likely to be successful. We also provide ongoing support to help you navigate challenges.
How long does the sleep training process usually take?
