For babies aged 0-12 weeks, we focus on establishing healthy sleep habits rather than formal sleep training. Our Newborns package provides guidance on creating routines and a sleep-conducive environment. Formal sleep training is typically considered for babies older than 3 months.

It's common for families to have tried different approaches. Our personalized plans take into account your previous experiences and your child's unique needs to create a strategy that is more likely to be successful. We also provide ongoing support to help you navigate challenges.

Every child is different, but many families see significant improvements within 1-2 weeks of consistently implementing their personalized sleep plan. However, ongoing consistency is key to establishing long-term healthy sleep habits.

Yes! Many of our packages include follow-up support, such as phone calls or Voxer support, to help you stay on track and address any new challenges that may arise. We also offer retainer packages for extended support.
